
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ponzu vinegar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil and sugar. Set aside to allow sugar to dissolve and flavors to combine.
Using a very sharp knife, cut tuna and avocado into 1/4" cubes.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and toss lightly. Garnish with chopped nuts or sesame seeds.
Serve immediately over with crackers, lettuce or Japanese milk bread.
