I modified this crust recipe from a recipe I found on the web and wanted to make sure my changes were recorded because it turned out perfectly!

Place distilled water and tap water in a mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to the water and knead until wet and dry are fully incorporated. Add the oil and knead for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place pizza stone on the TOP RACK of your oven and preheat to 550 for a FULL HOUR. You want that puppy HOT.
