Preheat sous vide to 170F. Use enough water to just cover your jars.
Spray 8 small mason jars (4oz) with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer and divide evenly between prepared jars. Screw on the lids until just barely tightened. Do not over-tighten as the jars can burst in the hot water.
Submerge jars in water and cook 55 minutes or until set.
Note: I used several different size jars, but I measured the mixture so they would all be the same amount for nutrition counts. What I did not consider is that some of the jars would have a LOT more air space than others so some of them are bobbing up and down in the water. LOL
